Over the last twenty years, we have published or helped authors selfpublish over 50 titles as printed books or digital publications. Our authors have written local histories, biographies, children’s books, mysteries and puzzles, to name but a few of the genres. We helped them transform their manuscripts into quality books that can grace any bookshelf. We helped as much or as little as you, the author, needed.
As an author, you will have gone through the hard work of producing your manuscript and are now thinking about how to get it published. You have three routes that you can take:
- Find a literary agent who can find a major publishing house who take on your book, publish and distribute it.
- You can prepare, set out, design and publish your book all by yourself, have it printed and sell it.
- You can use a professional company to help prepare, set out, design and publish your book so you can sell it.
At Milton Contact Ltd, we offered option 3; professional help in getting your manuscript prepared, laid out, designed and published as your book, for you to sell.
Our advice is, don’t rush into action, your manuscript is too precious after all your hard work.
Our philosophy is, if you have written a book, it is important that you find the right way forward for you – whichever route you choose!
